About the position: Provide support to laboratory operational activities, ensuring organization, control, and support to analytical processes through the execution of auxiliary tasks, in accordance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and good laboratory practices. Main responsibilities: Receive, verify, weigh, register, and identify material samples to be analyzed, entering them into Excel spreadsheets and printing identification labels, per internal procedures and applicable safety regulations. Fill in and update Excel spreadsheets with data from analyses—such as particle size distribution, moisture content, and solids percentage—ensuring information organization and traceability. Record and consolidate results, sending analysis data and results via email or other defined means, supporting laboratory professionals in administrative controls. Assist in performing equipment and consumables checklists used in tests and analyses, following internal procedures and safety regulations to ensure result reliability. Support the execution of laboratory tests, adhering to laboratory technicians’ instructions and established operational procedures. Perform proper segregation and disposal of generated waste (domestic and industrial), in compliance with environmental regulations, internal procedures, and safety requirements. Organize and clean the workplace, identify material needs, adjustments, or interventions, and communicate them to the responsible person for appropriate action, ensuring suitable operating conditions and laboratory workflow.
