Job Summary: Manage construction execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule monitoring and assurance of quality standards * Manage construction execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with applicable technical standards; * Perform reading, critical analysis, and integration of multidisciplinary designs; * Conduct material takeoff and procurement requests in accordance with construction planning; * Prepare quotation maps for hiring labor and project-related services; * Develop and monitor the physical construction schedule, tracking deadlines and productivity; * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and other applicable legal requirements; * Ensure project delivery in accordance with established quality standards and final client requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Driver's license category B; * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience with AutoCAD; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Experience in fast-track, commercial, and retail construction projects;
