We believe in the potential of every student — supporting them consistently, listening attentively, and delivering excellence throughout their entire educational trajectory. **Our performance is living proof that our pedagogical approach works, is solid, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Facility Cleaning and Maintenance:** Perform cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, courtyards, furniture, and common areas; implement concurrent (daily) and terminal (vacation period) cleaning routines. * **Proper Use of Materials and PPE:** Use cleaning products according to instructions; avoid waste; follow safety regulations; wear PPE at all times; identify product labels; never mix chemicals. * **Handling, Storage, and Disposal:** Store, separate, and inspect cleaning products; ensure chemicals remain out of students’ reach; collect and store waste appropriately. * **Supporting Campus Routines and Events:** Assist the cafeteria when requested; support events, on-call duties, instructional Saturdays, and exam days — as required by the campus. * **Care for Facilities and Reporting Incidents:** Preserve infrastructure and environments; identify and report structural issues to the principal; keep tools and supplies organized and sanitized. * **Professional Best Practices:** Adhere to scheduled hours; collaborate effectively in teams; act diligently, respectfully, and with nonviolent communication; foster an organized environment free of rumors or judgment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Dynamism and organization; * Flexibility to handle unexpected situations; * Ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** **Workload** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday \+ instructional Saturdays) **Salary** R$1\.621,00 **Benefits** Transportation Voucher; Basic Food Basket Allowance (R$140 starting from the first month worked); 100% Coleguium Tuition Scholarship for school-age children (except for bilingual program campuses); Discounted Unimed health and dental insurance (copayment-based); 40% scholarship for courses or undergraduate studies offered by SAAEMG union; Present in Minas Gerais and Pará, we are the school entrusted with the mission of delivering high-quality education rooted in respect and inclusion — nurturing conscious citizens prepared to transform their own lives and the world.
