They ensure quality, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform food pre\-preparation and initial preparation according to the chef's instructions and established menu; * Assist in plating and finalizing buffet dishes and preparations; * Sanitize food items, utensils, equipment, and work areas in compliance with **ANVISA** regulations and good food handling practices; * Verify the quality and expiration dates of ingredients used, ensuring only properly conditioned items are utilized; * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional kitchen environment, contributing to a safe and productive workplace; * Support proper storage of food supplies, adhering to labeling and expiration date requirements; * Follow food safety standards to prevent contamination and waste. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in kitchen operations or food handling is preferred; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and food handling best practices; * Ability to work effectively in a team, act with agility, and demonstrate commitment. **Desired Profile:** A dynamic, proactive professional who pays attention to detail and is committed to food quality and kitchen organization.
