**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Process payments, reimbursements, and advances, adhering to internal policies and ensuring compliance.
* Validate documents and supporting evidence, performing basic reconciliations and verifying required approvals.
* Record, update, and maintain organized information in ERP systems.
* Identify outstanding items and escalate basic discrepancies for appropriate resolution.
* Meet SLAs accurately, maintaining process traceability and contributing to minor operational improvements.
**In addition, knowledge in the following areas is required:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency;
* Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, or Shared Services Centers is desirable.
