Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Report event strengths and areas for improvement to enhance future editions and deliver better experiences. Serve as the liaison with the creative team (copywriters, designers, and editors) to develop event-related graphic and visual communication materials; oversee setup and supplier coordination on event day, ensuring all activities are executed precisely and successfully. Request quotations from at least one supplier per planned event item to evaluate cost-benefit ratios for implementation. Demonstrate creativity in developing the event after receiving the briefing—from checklist creation to final reporting. Capable of delivering the company’s highest-budget events, managing a larger number of suppliers, and controlling deliveries to avoid impacting event execution. Average development duration: 8 months. Trade show booths, customer loyalty and acquisition events (e.g., Reload and Conexão). Ability to brief and evaluate a promotional agency for event execution. **Requirements and qualifications** Specific Knowledge — Experience with large-scale and strategic events. Knowledge of graphic and communication materials. Proficiency in event production and setup. Proficiency in financial spreadsheets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.
