Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for administrative and procurement activities, with a focus on supply chain management and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Process and performance indicator improvement suggestions Bachelor's degree in Administration; postgraduate studies in Production Management or Logistics are desirable. Responsibilities: Register items in the MV system; Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track invoices and processes submitted to Finance for advance and term payments; Log/register invoices to be delivered to Finance in an Excel spreadsheet; Monthly submission of the supplier payment information spreadsheet to the Financial Director, Management, Supply Coordinator, Administrative Director, and Accounts Payable Department; Monitor purchases made both on and off the procurement platform; Provide daily operational guidance to the team; Conduct procurement activities; Update the advance payment spreadsheet with invoice number, supplier name, and date the original invoice was delivered to Finance. After completing the entire spreadsheet, submit it monthly to Accounts Payable, Tax and Fiscal Department, Financial Director, Administrative Director, Financial Management, and Supply Coordinator; Propose process improvements and, when necessary, organize meetings to align with the procurement department team and other departments involved in the procurement process, together with the Supply Coordinator; Maintain performance indicators and develop action plans.
