Develop negotiation strategies and cost optimization initiatives Description Job Mission: Ensure efficient and strategic procurement of goods and services, securing the best balance among cost, quality, and delivery schedule through effective supplier management and negotiation aligned with Grupo Patrimar’s objectives. Responsibilities: * Fully manage procurement processes for goods and services, from requisition to contract closure. * Conduct technical and financial evaluations of supplier proposals to achieve optimal cost\-benefit ratio. * Draft and review Purchase Orders and Contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. * Monitor supplier performance indicators and track action plans for improvement. * Perform risk analyses and prepare technical opinions related to procurement activities. * Develop negotiation strategies aimed at optimizing costs and service quality. * Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal departments to align and resolve requirements. * Contribute to the implementation and updating of procurement policies and procedures.
