We are looking for professionals to serve as **Senior Recruitment and Selection Analysts**, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic, administrative, specialist, coordination, and management positions—ensuring the attraction and selection of the best talent for the business. The professional will be responsible for aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers, developing candidate attraction strategies, implementing sourcing techniques (Hunting), enhancing job advertisements, and strengthening Talent Acquisition practices—contributing to a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the entire selection process. Join a team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement—collaborating strategically and proactively to attract top talent, reinforce the employer brand, and generate business value. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for strategic, administrative, specialist, coordination, and management positions; Align candidate profiles with hiring managers to ensure hiring accuracy; Develop talent attraction strategies for various job levels; Draft and enhance job postings to make them more appealing and market-aligned; Identify and implement new recruitment sources and sourcing (Hunting) techniques; Review, structure, and standardize recruitment and selection workflows and processes; Create KPIs and monitor departmental metrics, proposing improvement actions; Enhance candidate and manager experience throughout the entire selection process; Implement modern Talent Acquisition practices to strengthen the company’s employer brand; Support HR leadership in developing selection policies, procedures, and best practices; Ensure quality, agility, and governance in hiring processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Solid end-to-end Recruitment and Selection experience; Experience recruiting for strategic positions; Experience designing, reviewing, or improving selection processes; Familiarity with recruitment tools, job posting platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter; Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes; Power BI knowledge applied to data analysis. **Desirable Requirements:** Experience in Talent Acquisition structuring or transformation projects; Knowledge of R\&S metrics and People Analytics; Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems); Experience in Employer Branding programs; Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Working Hours** Administrative schedule, Monday to Friday / 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (100% on-site) **Benefits:** Health insurance, Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance, Life insurance, and Welhub.
