Your daily responsibilities will include: Multichannel Service: In-person customer service, digital sales, and telephone outreach (database activation). Financial Consulting: Identify customer needs and offer products such as Payroll-Deductible Loans, Credit Cards, and FGTS Advance. Proposal Management: Perform simulations in systems, verify documents, and follow up until formalization. Goal-Oriented Approach: Proactively work toward achieving individual and store targets. Ideal Candidate Profile: Communication: Clear speech and strong persuasive ability. Digital Agility: Proficiency in using sales systems and digital tools. Attitude: Resilient, proactive profile with a passion for interacting with customers. Education: Completed high school. Preferred Qualification: Prior experience with banking products or payroll-deductible loans. Job Details: Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:15 to 18:00 (weekends off!). Salary: BRL 1.739,00 + Bonus for meeting targets (variable income potential). Benefits: Meal Allowance: BRL 20.00/day.
