We seek a proactive, strategic, and hands-on profile. **Location:** Santa Efigênia neighborhood (Av. Brasil, near Savassi) – Belo Horizonte/MG. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Implementation:** Coordinate the opening and standardization of new stores and franchises. * **Operations Management:** Ensure efficiency of internal processes and operational routines. * **Administrative Oversight:** Direct supervision of operational metrics and administrative workflows. * **Leadership:** Team management with a focus on high performance. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in store or franchise implementation. * Strong administrative and operational background. * Problem-solving, proactive, and communicative profile. * **Must reside in Belo Horizonte.** ### **What We Offer:** * **Compensation:** R$ 5\.000,00 (CLT). * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR) \+ Cartão de Todos.
