Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and serving the public, handling student enrollments and recruitment, and providing administrative and pedagogical support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and departmental organization Receive and serve internal and external audiences, ensuring information quality and clarity. Recruit new students. Handle enrollment processes for courses, mock exams, and related activities—including information provision, registration, and result delivery. Answer and make telephone calls, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Schedule parent meetings with the pedagogical team. Issue various documents regarding student status. Assist in daily updating of enrollment control spreadsheets, selection processes, and registrations. Conduct competitive research via telephone and in person. Perform cash register closing and settlement procedures. Support weekend pedagogical events. Participate in selection processes and weekend duty schedules during enrollment periods. Conduct credit checks via SPC/SERASA. Participate in student recruitment initiatives. Prepare and verify functionality of multimedia equipment, air conditioning units, and markers, as needed. Maintain organizational standards within the work area. Carry out other duties pertinent and necessary to fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
