Careful handling and organization of materials and tools Description: MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education. Assist in executing corrective building maintenance for civil works, plumbing, carpentry, metalwork, painting, electrical systems, and air conditioning to meet departmental demands; Accurately complete service orders and checklists with the respective materials/parts used, always at the conclusion of each job for registration in the Engeman system; Carry out daily building-related service orders according to demand; Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each type of task—including work at heights and in confined spaces—while wearing required safety accessories as stipulated by current legislation; Clean and organize locations where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating waste and stains; Ensure proper care and preservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance tasks, requesting replenishment when necessary; Perform other related duties of equivalent difficulty level upon request. 2512180202551925279
