Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Support activities related to the development and validation of automotive components; * Diagnose issues related to automotive air-conditioning system components; * Perform technical analyses, prepare engineering documentation, and monitor projects; * Interface with product, process, quality, and supplier teams; * Support assembly analysis, interference checks, and vehicle integration; * Participate in virtual and physical component validations; * Support the technical team in continuous improvement activities and problem resolution. **Mandatory Requirements** * Recent graduation in Mechanical Engineering (within the last 2 years); * Advanced English proficiency; * Participation in Baja, Formula SAE, university competition teams, or relevant hands-on projects; * Interest in working in the automotive sector; * Analytical, proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Availability for hybrid or on-site work; * Residency in the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks; * Extracurricular courses focused on automotive engineering; * Experience in scientific initiation or applied projects. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
