A telecommunications company in Sapiranga is hiring an **Infrastructure Technician** to perform field installation and maintenance of networks.
**Responsibilities:**
Installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks (FTTH and backbone), operation with radio frequency links, cable laying (aerial, underground, and indoor), and support in fault identification and correction, ensuring service quality.
**Requirements:**
Knowledge of electrical systems (AC and DC), experience in telecommunications (FTTH/backbone), and proficiency with equipment such as fusion splicers, OTDRs, and power meters. Ability to read fiber optic network design documents is essential.
Preferred: experience with MikroTik and radio frequency technologies.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
R$ 9.55/hour \+ 30% hazard pay (average R$ 2\.730,00\)

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00
