Description

A professional responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring availability and performance aligned with business needs. Works autonomously on operational tasks and participates in projects aimed at improving and expanding the corporate environment. **Responsibilities:** — Perform diagnostics and resolve connectivity and performance issues in wired and wireless networks. — Configure and manage switches from Cisco, HP/Aruba, and Dell. — Implement and maintain VLANs, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, and other switching technologies. — Administer Cisco wireless environments (Catalyst and Meraki families). — Implement access control lists (ACLs) and secure routing (VPNs, IPsec). — Implement and administer FortiGate firewalls (including initial configuration, policy implementation, VPN configuration and maintenance, security profile creation, Web Filter, IPS, etc.). — Provide technical support to field teams and end users. — Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. — Support infrastructure migration and modernization projects. — Manage technology vendors and partners to ensure service delivery. **Requirements:** — Experience in configuring and administering switching and routing technologies (L2/L3\). — Experience in configuring FortiGate firewalls. — Knowledge of Cisco ISE administration. — Ability to identify and diagnose problems. **Preferred Qualifications:** — CCNA or CompTIA Network\+ certification. — Wireless certification. — Familiarity with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper\-V). — Experience with Zabbix monitoring tool. **Important Information:** Work Model: Hybrid Work Location: Campo Bom \- RS
