Your main responsibilities will include: assisting technicians with fiber optic installations, testing equipment, explaining internet usage to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, we seek a candidate with: * Completed high school education (a technical background in Informatics/Electronics is a plus). * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime.
