For us, quality is a key differentiator: we are ISO9001 and ISO17025 certified\. **Position Description / Systems Assistant:** **Responsibilities:** * Support analysis and classification of system requirements from internal customers; * Open and track incidents/tickets with TOTVS support and vendors, providing guidance when necessary; * Assist with customization requests, system improvements, and new system requirements; * Support monitoring of system routines and integrations; * Assist in organizing demand schedules and consultant activities; * Perform operational and administrative routines within the systems area, with progressively increasing autonomy and supervision; * Support development of dashboards, KPIs, and reports. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge or initial experience with TOTVS ERP (Protheus experience is considered a plus); * Aptitude for learning systems and processes; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; * Interest in working in corporate technology and systems areas.
