Job Summary: A professional to work as a Workload Automation Support Analyst, responsible for creating and managing batch jobs, using IBM Workload Scheduler, and maintaining environments. Administration and management of Linux RHEL environments STIHL is seeking a professional to work as a Workload Automation Support Analyst. STIHL Brasil currently offers the Brazilian market a broad range of portable powered tools, available at over 5,000 sales points nationwide. **Responsibilities:** Creating and managing batch jobs using Python or Bash scripts according to business needs; Using IBM Workload Scheduler to orchestrate jobs in cloud environments, ensuring effective automation and execution; Performing critical operations such as data transformation and manipulation, and accessing multiple endpoints via batch processes; Reading multiple queues for integration with external systems, ensuring stability and continuous operation; Maintaining test and production environments for customers; Ensuring that Level 2 Support teams possess all necessary information, documentation, and training for operational continuity and issue resolution. **Activities:** TWS/IWS Systems Management Providing comprehensive support for backend and frontend systems; Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM Workload Scheduler; Administering and managing Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments; Developing and maintaining automation scripts in Bash and ksh; Managing and maintaining IBM DB2 databases. **Requirements:** Fluent English; Completed degree in IT-related fields. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Others \- Life Insurance, Shuttle Service, On-site Restaurant, Profit Sharing (1 to 2.5 monthly salaries), On-site Parking, Education Incentive; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
