Job Summary: The Commercial Coordinator leads teams, engages sales and customer relationships, and defines strategies to achieve commercial goals in a retail environment. Key Highlights: 1. Results management and sales tracking **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in home centers and retail. * Experience leading teams. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Commercial Coordinator:** * Engages the department, customer service, sales, and customer relationships. * Engages the sales team in shelf-space management. * Defines and implements strategic and operational actions for their department, in coordination with the Commercial Manager. * Conducts training for store-floor sales teams. * Manages and tracks sales results. * Monitors and ensures customer service delivery by each salesperson. * Ensures achievement of target objectives. * Ensures negotiations comply with current commercial policies and commercial operations. * Analyzes, qualifies, and encourages follow-up on budgets prepared within their department.
