Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, and common areas, with emphasis on teamwork and communication, working on rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). **Responsibilities:**\* Cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, corridors, and kitchen; linen replacement and consumption verification; sending menu orders to suites;\n**\*Requirements:**\* Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); ability to work in a team and communicate effectively; availability to rotate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts; commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures;\n**\*We Offer:**\*\*Fixed Salary:** R$ 1574,00 (R$ 1630,00 after probation) \+ Hazard Pay 40% \+ 2% Tips \*Meal Allowance after 3 months:** R$ 200,00 \*Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance:** R$ 300,00 \| Bike Benefit R$ 100,00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days):** R$ 130,00 : \*Work Schedule:** 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \***Working Hours:** 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing to be coordinated with the manager. Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July for the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
