Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, and other areas, with an emphasis on teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and good communication We currently have an opening for \*Cleaning Assistant\* at our \*Drops Vale dos Sinos\* unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Bedding replacement and consumption verification; Sending menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* R$ 1574.00 for the first 90 days \| After probation: R$ 1630.00 \+ 40% Hazard Pay \*Meal Allowance (after 3 months):\* R$ 200.00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* R$ 200.00 for Araricá and R$ 250.00 for other cities * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Loyalty bonus based on tenure: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
