As a Services Analyst, you will be responsible for serving Top Accounts clients, aiming to identify opportunities for improving their fleet management. Responsibilities: * Serve clients assigned to your portfolio; * Identify opportunities to improve clients' fleet management; * Develop action plans aimed at improving fleet performance; * Analyze monthly performance indicators, prepare reports, and present them to clients; * Always act with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and success; Prerequisites: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus; * Experience in client service and problem resolution; * Organization, sense of urgency, communication, collaboration, proactivity, systemic vision, customer focus; * Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; • Knowledge of the Soulog+ system is a plus (for internal candidates); **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
