Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and agile e-commerce/marketplace operations assistant to optimize listings, monitor results, and execute tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and continuous learning **E\-commerce Assistant / Marketplace Operations** **(Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Listing Management)** We are looking for an extremely organized, intelligent, and agile individual to directly handle our e\-commerce operations—helping maintain and optimize our listings on sales platforms, monitor performance metrics, and promptly and independently execute tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Listing creation and optimization on Mercado Livre and Shopee * Updating titles, descriptions, images, and prices * Monitoring listing metrics and performance * Tracking results and generating Excel reports * Operational organization of the e\-commerce channel * Supporting strategies to improve sales and performance * Prompt resolution of daily operational requests **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Highly organized and committed individual * Ability to learn quickly * Analytical and proactive mindset * Operational intelligence (takes initiative without waiting for instructions) * Strong communication skills * Agility in task execution * Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets * Interest in growing with the company **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Mercado Livre and Shopee * Knowledge of marketplace metrics * Experience with sponsored listings * Familiarity with traffic, SEO, or e\-commerce Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance Work Location: On-site
