




Job Summary: Responsible for executing, analyzing, and controlling administrative and financial routines, including client service and budget negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure accurate data entry into systems and preparation of reports. *We are seeking an administrative/financial professional for our Engravida Salvador/BA unit, who will be responsible for executing, analyzing, and controlling the clinic’s administrative and financial routines in coordination with the department’s management team, as well as providing patient service, including presenting and negotiating budgets.* ***Main Responsibilities:*** * *Manage the clinical unit’s administrative and financial routines in coordination with the department’s management team.* * *Present treatment budgets to clients/patients.* * *Ensure accurate data entry into all systems, controls, and reports of the department.* * *Prepare and present departmental reports and performance indicators.* * *And other duties.* Requirements: * *Solid experience in financial routines.* * *Knowledge of financial and accounting analysis.* * *Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and/or Google Sheets.* * *Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.* * *Availability to work under a PJ (individual contractor) employment regime.* ***Preferred Qualifications*** * *Prior experience in healthcare and/or human reproduction.* * *Experience in customer service and commercial relationship management.* * *Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.* ***Skills and Attitudes*** * *Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.* * *Confidentiality, organization, and professional ethics.* * *Results-oriented mindset and resilient attitude.*
