As a **Materials Technician**, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the inflow and outflow of materials according to project scope and schedule, ensuring adequate supply to teams, inventory optimization, and proper allocation of resources. We seek a professional with a systemic vision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of technical responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Demand Planning:** Plan material demand based on projects, schedules, technical lists, and service orders. * **Systemic Materials Management:** Perform material requisition, approval, and consumption in management systems. * **Movement Control:** Monitor material withdrawal and return at warehouses, ensuring compliance with quantity and quality requirements. * **Application Analysis:** Verify material usage against Service Orders, analyze variances, and identify discrepancies. * **Reporting and Account Reconciliation:** Prepare account reconciliation reports comparing materials supplied, consumed, and returned. * **Compliance and Traceability:** Ensure compliance in transportation, storage, identification, and traceability of materials. * **Inventory and Audits:** Conduct periodic inventories (rotating and general), including internal, external, and third-party yard audits. * **Strategic Support to Procurement:** Support the Procurement department with forecasts and technical analyses for purchasing processes. * **Specification and Qualification:** Participate in material specification, testing, and qualification. * **Technical Inspections:** Conduct field inspections during and after project execution. * **Operational Logistics:** Support logistics for transportation and delivery of materials to operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Logistics, Telecommunications, Materials Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics best practices, warehousing, and supply chain management. * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical project documentation is desirable. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Basic understanding of material properties and Quality Management Systems. * Basic knowledge of issuing and consuming fiscal documents. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Assertive Communication:** Clarity in verbal and written communication. * **Organization and Planning:** Structuring routines, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail. * **Analytical Reasoning:** Ability to identify deviations and propose data-driven solutions. * **Priority Management:** Efficient organization when handling multiple demands. * **Teamwork:** Collaboration with technical, logistics, and procurement departments. * **Proactivity and Responsibility:** Proactive stance in preventing failures and commitment to operational efficiency. **Additional Information** **Salary:** * R$ 2\.700,00\. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; * Saturdays as needed. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Wellhub; * Internet plan discounts; * Transportation Allowance; * Life insurance; * Daycare allowance; * Assistance for dependents with disabilities; * Deezer discount; * Free access to the Skeelo app: a virtual library with over 250,000 books. **What are you waiting for?
