WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials to customers, ensuring appropriate stock levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling operations, selecting the appropriate transportation method for each type of cargo; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Conduct and participate in inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing schedules aligned with required operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Instruction Document are being performed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are being followed by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain communication with transport companies and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather input from internal customers on material priority needs to guide dispatch scheduling and team planning across supervised units; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines are met; * Guide and train team members in performing their duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transport voucher or chartered transport); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development and well-being programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRSP), contingent upon achievement of established goals. **Important:** * Benefits granted in accordance with the employment contract and/or collective bargaining agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
