If you are a passionate professional seeking to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Retention Agent**: * Provide telephone or digital customer service via inbound or outbound channels; * Perform plan and benefits package renewals; * Retain customers from the base by offering available benefits and advantages aligned with plans and packages; * Foster customer loyalty within the base. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Do you identify with our challenge?
