We look forward to welcoming you to our team! **Education:** * High school diploma and/or technical qualification relevant to the field of work. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Familiarity with MS Project. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for engineering projects, monitoring their phases according to technical standards and contractual requirements; * Assist in preparing and updating weekly activity schedules; * Support preparation of 6WLA and other planning deliverables for clients; * Monitor suppliers and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical specifications, and quality; * Support preparation of material lists, technical documents, and reports; * Assist in monitoring procurement, manufacturing, installation, and equipment testing; * Support interface coordination with suppliers and internal departments during project execution; * Follow and promote health, safety, environmental, and quality standards; * Maintain organization and control of departmental documentation; * Perform other related tasks as directed by management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience on construction sites or projects; * Familiarity with activity planning and control.
