Ensure machinery quality by performing tests according to specified frequency and standards. Maintain machinery cleanliness and sector organization. Preserve equipment through corrective and preventive maintenance, as instructed by supervisors or defined standards; surfaces—either to smooth or spread asphalt within defined standards—controlling volume, homogeneity, material supply, temperature, and other variables relevant to material application; pavement leveling, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moisture and gravitational force on soils; pavement compaction, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moisture and gravitational force; performing site cleaning, organization, drilling, and/or preparation; transporting or handling soil, stones, sand, or similar materials; compaction, scarification, or paving under your responsibility;; Operate paving machines (motorized or non-motorized), dosing the application of paving material onto surfaces; Operate machines equipped with roller(s) or cylinder(s) correctly for soil compaction, compression, and; Operate sheepfoot roller/rammer-type compactors correctly for soil compaction; Operate excavators (motorized or non-motorized), controlling cutting, lifting, and scarification commands for soil; Operate tractors or similarly sized vehicles for towing other machines, performing maneuvers and driving; Operate wheeled and/or tracked machinery, properly operating hydraulic shovel controls for removal,; Perform minor machine maintenance tasks such as refueling, lubrication, and cleaning of parts and components, among others; Complete operational logs or inform supervisors about already-worked areas—for leveling, cleaning,; Report to supervisors the need for preventive or corrective maintenance on used equipment and machinery, **Requirements and qualifications** VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (SENAI OR SIMILAR) The **Allonda Group**’s purpose is to **transform the world through sustainability**! **Here, we impact lives!** Our solutions—beyond being sustainable—are planned and executed with a focus on generating shared value for people, customers, and society.
