We believe that when producers grow, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform agriculture with purpose and be part of something great, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret production orders and ensure produced parts comply with technical drawings, recording production data in the “Minha Produção” app; * Assist with departmental operational activities as instructed, collaborating with operators to carry out tasks. * Inspect completed activities to ensure compliance with established standards, identifying and reporting any issues to supervisors to prevent defects from progressing to subsequent stages. * Strictly adhere to work and break schedules, keeping attendance records updated in the app and notifying immediate leadership in advance of absences or tardiness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Primary education. * Teamwork skills. * Proactivity. **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus** (additional monthly amount equal to 2% of base salary, granted after five years of employment). * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Allowance:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal allowance card worth BRL 300.00 per month.
