We believe that when the producer grows, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside them. **If you want to transform agribusiness with purpose and be part of something great, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret production orders and ensure manufactured parts comply with technical drawings, recording production data in the “Minha Produção” app; * Attend daily area meetings to ensure alignment and updates on production progress. * Assist with sectoral operational activities as instructed, supporting operators in task execution. * Inspect completed activities to ensure conformity with established standards, identifying and reporting any issues to supervisors to prevent defects from progressing to subsequent stages. * Strictly adhere to working hours and breaks, keeping attendance records updated in the app and promptly notifying immediate leadership of absences or delays. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Primary education. * Teamwork skills. * Proactivity. **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus** (monthly bonus of 2% of base salary awarded after five years of service). * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Allowance:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal card valued at R$300.00 per month, accepted at numerous establishments for food purchases only. * **Dental Plan:** Provided through Odonto Excellence network, offering special discounts and installment options for employees and their legal dependents. * **Lunch:** On-site cafeteria covering 80% of meal costs. * **Student Financial Aid:** An annual minimum stipend for students pursuing technical or higher education. * **50% Reimbursement:** For specialization courses or training directly related to the employee’s role within the company. * **Education Partnerships:** Agreements with multiple educational institutions.
