We have a team of **professionals** passionate about what they do and **full of energy**, which is why we are seeking professionals eager to learn new things and willing to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Procure imported components for application in generator sets, consistently identifying optimal suppliers and reducing costs; * Develop and manage strategic partnerships for international transportation; * Manage the entire customs clearance process, including issuance of documents, purchase orders, and DANFEs, in compliance with legal requirements; * Monitor suppliers and the full import flow until production line replenishment; * Coordinate customs clearance at ports, airports, and borders in partnership with customs brokers and freight agents; * Verify shipping documents (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, DI, DSI, etc.); * Monitor production and delivery timelines, ensuring receipt according to agreed terms; * Track payments, foreign exchange settlements, and internal controls; * Conduct feasibility studies for new components and import cost projections; * Support the finance department in payment reconciliations and the Guarantees team in cases of international reimbursement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience with SAP/PW.CE systems is a plus; * Knowledge of fiscal classification and import cost allocation calculations; * Dynamic profile with initiative, planning, and control capabilities; * Interpersonal relationship skills, empathy, and teamwork orientation; * Strong time management and quick reasoning ability. **Additional Information** Additional information: * On-site work arrangement; Benefits: * Medical and dental assistance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, eyeglass allowance, school material allowance, childcare allowance, group life insurance.
