Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Ensure physical availability and reliability of the Alpha 30 Concrete Sprayer and Scamec 2000M Scaler equipment, acting preventively and reactively; * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural inspections on fleet equipment; * Identify deviations, potential failures, and unsafe conditions, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor fleet performance indicators, such as availability, utilization, backlog, and recurrence of failures; * Collaborate with PCM, operations, and planning teams to meet the maintenance schedule; * Ensure quality of executed interventions, guaranteeing adherence to maintenance procedures and standards; * Provide technical support to maintenance teams in analyzing and resolving failures; * Conduct field follow-up of critical activities and operational releases of equipment; * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and increased asset reliability; * Ensure accurate logging of maintenance orders and equipment history in the system; * Focus on safety, ensuring compliance with operational rules and procedures; * Support training and technical development of maintenance and operations teams; **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical education in Electromechanics; Willingness to reside in Aripuanã/MT; * **Desirable:** * Knowledge of SAP system – PM module; * Advanced knowledge in electrical and hydraulic disciplines; * Experience with underground mine support equipment; * Knowledge of PCM workflow; * Knowledge of mobile equipment inspection and failure analysis; * Knowledge of reliability analysis tools and maintenance indicators; **Skills and competencies:** * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Sense of priority and decision-making ability; * Operational organization and discipline; * Proactivity and field-based execution; * Focus on safety, quality, and results; * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment; * Teamwork and interface with operational areas; * Profile oriented toward continuous improvement and asset reliability; **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in promoting a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and at ease being themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
