Brasanitas, recognized as one of the country's leading service and facilities management companies, is seeking a highly qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join the team, Responsibilities: * Plan and verify service orders. * Supervise contractors and complete work release forms. * Open and close service orders. * Monitor and guide the cleaning team. * Complete inventory control spreadsheets, schedule tracking sheets, budgets, work releases, material requests for service orders, and cleaning supplies. * Assist with certain tasks during service order execution. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Experience or knowledge in maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. * Leadership ability, with skills to motivate the team and achieve results. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility to handle unforeseen events and emergency situations. * Discipline and organization to meet deadlines and maintain order during task execution.
