With an agile team of approximately 30 professionals, SmartSeg combines technological innovation with operational excellence. **Job Objective** To develop financial and controller analyses supporting strategic decisions on pricing, profitability, and budget management within a dynamic and growing environment. The professional will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights while maintaining high quality standards without compromising delivery speed. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct price analysis, evaluating product/service competitiveness and profitability * Monitor and analyze contribution margins, identifying variances and improvement opportunities * Prepare and monitor project-level results, ensuring correct revenue and cost allocation * Support the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the Income Statement (DRE) * Develop managerial reports and dashboards to support decision-making * Perform budgetary control (actual vs. budget), analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions * Collaborate with operational departments to gather financial information and validate data * Contribute to continuous improvement of controller processes **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Accounting (completed or in progress with proven experience) * Experience in controller functions, financial analysis, or managerial accounting (mid-level) * Proficiency in spreadsheets (advanced Excel) and data analysis tools * Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and variances **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Proactive and self-motivated — questions numbers or proposes improvements without waiting for approval * Balanced pace — maintains analytical quality while meeting delivery deadlines * Clear communicator — explains complex analyses accessibly to operational teams * Data-driven — makes decisions based on facts, not intuition * Adaptable and dynamic — handles shifting priorities in a small, growing company Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * 1.
