PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly **SALARY:** R$ 26\.35 **UNIT:** Avenida Angelo Moreira da Fonseca, Lots 3C1 F G H and I, Parque Danielle \| Umuarama PR \- 87506370 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driving permits, authorizations, and driver improvement; additionally facilitates students’ learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (or higher education degree). **ACCEPTABLE PROOF DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement. c) For higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Traffic Instructor Course accredited by CONTRAN. Proof of mandatory qualifications must be submitted as follows: (Valid diploma or certificate — validity up to 5 years from the certificate issuance date). VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY D OR E \- WITH MINIMUM 1 (ONE) YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THAT CATEGORY. Proof of mandatory qualifications must be submitted as follows: Copy of current driver’s license. NO GRAVE OR EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 60 (SIXTY) DAYS AND NO SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH). Proof of mandatory qualifications must be submitted as follows: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by DETRAN. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING PRACTICAL CLASSES FOR BUSES AND/OR TRUCKS AND/OR SEMI-TRAILERS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be provided via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
