Accident investigation and evaluation of personal protective equipment Description: * Completed Occupational Safety Technician course; * Proven experience in the field; * Experience in civil construction (CONSTRUCTION SITE); * Proactive, dynamic, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to our team. * The professional will be responsible for supervising construction sites during concrete formwork operations, guiding site safety technicians and engineers to ensure compliance with legislation and guarantee occupational safety and health. * Inspection and Identification of Hazards: Conduct regular inspections at workplaces to identify potential hazards to worker safety, particularly those related to concrete handling and specific equipment. * Development of Safety Procedures: Develop and implement safety procedures specific to concrete-related work, considering applicable standards and regulations. * Training and Education: Conduct safety training for workers, covering topics specific to safe concrete handling, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures. * Monitoring of Working Conditions: Monitor working conditions regarding exposure to hazardous substances. * Accident Investigation: Investigate safety accidents and incidents occurring during concrete-related work, identifying root causes and proposing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Evaluation of Protective Equipment: Evaluate the effectiveness of personal and collective protective equipment used by workers and recommend improvements if necessary. * Monitoring of Legislation and Technical Standards: Stay updated on occupational safety regulations and technical standards, particularly those specific to concrete handling. * Technical Advisory: Provide technical advisory services to managers and workers on safety issues related to concrete work, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a safe working environment. * Location: Duque de Caxias 2512070202191909080
