Main activities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and structural installations Carry out minor repairs in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Inspect and maintain operation of equipment such as fans, lighting, and drinking fountains Support organizing and setting up spaces for school events Conduct regular inspections of school facilities to identify repair needs Manage usage and storage of maintenance tools and materials Ensure technical cleaning of outdoor areas and support the general services team when necessary Adhere to safety regulations to prevent risks to students and staff. REQUIREMENTS: Education and knowledge: Completed elementary or high school education Basic technical course in electricity, hydraulics, or building maintenance (preferred) Knowledge of minor repairs (electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and painting) Basic occupational safety knowledge Experience: Previous experience in building, school, or corporate maintenance Must reside in Niterói •Workplace: Colégio Pluz Morning shift Working hours: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch) Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: R$ 1\.751,00 (gross \+ transportation allowance) Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Payment: R$1\.751,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Selection questions: * Do you reside in NITERÓI? * Are you available to start work IMMEDIATELY?
