Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to support commercial analysts in the operational execution of RFQs (Request for Quotation), follow-ups with suppliers, and organization of information within a trading and commercial solutions environment. Integrated collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations We are looking for an Intern for our client — a national company with strong expertise in trading and commercial solutions, operating in a high-complexity environment involving multiple suppliers and strategic customers, with a focus on operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The company operates in an integrated manner across logistics, finance, and operations, requiring a high level of technical expertise and a systemic perspective from the commercial area. **Responsibilities:**​​​​​​ * Support commercial analysts in the operational execution of the RFQ (Request for Quotation) workflow. * Conduct follow\-ups with suppliers to update delivery timelines, pricing, and quotation statuses. * Monitor and follow up on orders or quotations marked as "on hold" with both suppliers and customers. * Assist in reviewing and organizing quotation files, ensuring consistency of information such as prices, margins, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and technical data. * Update records in internal systems and databases (SharePoint, spreadsheets, and shared e\-mails). * Support the distribution of RFQs to suppliers, as directed by analysts. * Execute simple quotations, under supervision and validation by the team. **Requirements:** * English (Fluency in oral and written communication) * Field of study: Logistics, International Trade, RI, and CEFET. * Currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward. **Technical Competencies:**​​ * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Clear, frequent, and proactive communication. * Critical analytical ability to evaluate commercial proposals. * Interest in understanding products, markets, and processes to enable more effective performance. * Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, and knowledge. * Organization and discipline to maintain focus, pace, and consistency in task execution. * Productivity, ensuring efficiency and quality in deliverables. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Focus to maintain concentration and quality during task execution. * Sense of responsibility, acting with commitment and accountability toward deliverables. * Proactivity and initiative to identify opportunities, anticipate needs, and contribute solutions. * Teamwork, collaborating integrally and maintaining good relationships across different departments. * Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in task execution. **Differentiators:** * Prior experience in the Supply Chain field. * Basic knowledge of import procedures (NCM and Customs Duties) * Ability to read and interpret commercial proposals. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance. * Meal Allowance Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
