Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing and overseeing cleaning, organization, and maintenance of environments in accordance with established protocols and standards, as well as properly managing waste and products. Key Highlights: 1. Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning while maintaining contract organization. 2. Restock supplies and organize cleaning materials. 3. Follow schedules and protocols to ensure service quality. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Perform concurrent cleaning in designated areas according to the daily routine and established procedures to ensure proper contract organization and cleanliness; * Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in designated areas according to the scheduled routine and established standards to ensure proper contract organization and cleanliness; * Inspect areas and, when necessary, restock dispensers and supplies to maintain environmental hygiene and continuous floor-level supply; * Remove waste from areas and rooms according to established protocols, delivering it to temporary disposal points; * Record concurrent/terminal cleaning times in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (if required) to track performed activities; * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products per standardization guidelines, hygiene practices, and supervision by the immediate supervisor and safety regulations as directed by the company; * Organize the DML (clean material storage area) and cleaning supplies, functional carts, and/or cleaning baskets according to established standardization; * Hand over organized materials (functional cart and cleaning basket) and DML to the next shift worker per the established POP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure continuity of service quality; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, following occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applicable training. * Adhere to pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; * Perform related tasks within one's competencies upon request by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary school. DESIRABLE: Completed elementary school. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRABLE: 6 months.
