In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, as well as maintaining and deploying equipment, programs, and systems.**RESPONSIBILITIES****What you will do:** * Network, server, and asset management: * Maintain servers; * Configure and install new network equipment, ensuring network documentation remains up to date; * Monitor networks by reviewing logs and inspecting physical equipment; * Manage user accounts in the corporate network environment (create, maintain, and remove users); * Maintain and update the school’s TDIC asset list/inventory. **Technical support:** * Provide technical assistance to students and staff, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across various technological devices (laptops, projectors, information systems, servers, etc.), so all hardware and software operate correctly; * Prepare IT equipment for use. *Although we strive to include all key responsibilities and duties associated with this position, not every relevant activity may have been identified. Therefore, the above list is non-exhaustive and may be extended or modified to include other tasks applicable to the role.***REQUIREMENTS** **What you need:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields—Computer Science or Systems Analysis; * Experience in IT technical support, client operating systems (Windows Server 2012 or later), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, File Server, Print Server, and network assets (printers, scanners, Wi-Fi); * Basic knowledge of firewall rule management; * Skills in hardware and software installation and configuration; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Nice to have:** * Experience in bilingual or international schools; * Advanced English proficiency. **SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT** Inspired is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
