Here, we believe in collaboration, dialogue, and the power of doing things differently. **Responsibilities and duties** Support for daily bank and balance sheet reconciliations (suppliers, customers, expenses). Assistance in accounting classification and recording of invoices, bank statements, and various documents. Support in preparing reports, trial balances, and financial/accounting control spreadsheets. Organization and digital archiving of mandatory documents for audits and regulatory inspections. Coordination with other departments (e.g., Finance and Tax) to collect information and resolve discrepancies. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences (from the 3rd semester onward). Intermediate to Advanced proficiency (mastery of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation). ***A practical test will be administered.*** Strong logical reasoning, rigorous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a hands\-on mindset. Prior knowledge of any ERP system (SAP, Totvs, Senior, etc.). Familiarity with the Tasy system is a plus.
