Implementation of continuous improvements and strategic planning An Operations Coordinator oversees daily activities, optimizes processes, and ensures organizational efficiency, being responsible for strategic planning, team and resource management, cost control, logistics, and implementation of continuous improvements to achieve goals. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in logistics and financial management. **Responsibilities:** Technical evaluation and approval of store, kiosk, and new layout design projects; Monitoring construction of new stores and stores under renovation; Pre- and post-installation inspection of kiosks; Management of utility accounts (water, electricity, and gas); Calculation of condominium expense allocation (common and specific) and submission for billing; Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules carried out by third-party companies, ensuring execution quality and equipment availability; Contract management and relationship management with third-party companies (maintenance facility services and others); Management of Quality indicators (items related to building conservation and maintenance, availability of utilities (water, electricity, and gas), and major equipment (elevators, escalators, generators, air conditioning systems, and others)); Monitoring and management of the approved budget; Preparation of presentations, reports, analyses, and various studies related to the area; Enforcement of compliance with project operational regulations and procedures; Management of in-house teams; Proposing, implementing, and monitoring operational planning related to the operations area; Liaising with tenants and shopping center customers through preventive and corrective actions addressing their operational needs (maintenance, cleaning, security, fire brigade, etc.); Integration and synergy between the operations department and other administrative departments (commercial, marketing, and finance); Obtaining service quotations.
