Contribute to the continuity and efficiency of naval operations Support recruitment and selection processes for maritime positions, ensuring agility, quality, and alignment with the technical and behavioral profiles required for naval operations, thereby contributing to operational continuity and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the execution of recruitment and selection processes for maritime positions (crew, operational support, and related administrative roles) * Screen resumes according to technical requirements (maritime certifications, sea service experience, regulatory standards, etc.) * Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and candidates * Conduct initial competency-based interviews, where applicable * Support validation of mandatory maritime documents (certificates, qualifications, required courses) * Update and manage recruitment spreadsheets and systems (vacancy status, candidate pipeline, SLA) * Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Compliance, Occupational Safety, and HR) * Support onboarding processes, ensuring timely submission and verification of documentation * Monitor departmental metrics (time-to-fill, number of vacancies, profile alignment) * Contribute to recruitment process improvements, aiming for greater agility and accuracy **Requirements and Qualifications** EDUCATION: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in recruitment and selection (preferred) * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge * Experience with operational or technical roles (preferred) * Advantage: familiarity with maritime industry routines or requirements PREFERRED: * Interest in working in Recruitment & Selection * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong demand management * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic Excel knowledge * Knowledge of maritime document verification Knowledge of the maritime sector; * **Advantages:** * Prior experience in HR or administrative routines * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Gupy) * Experience handling high-volume recruitment **Additional Information** **What does Log\-In offer?** * **For your physical and mental health:** Health insurance and dental plan, extendable to dependents Viva Bem Program: Focused on Physical Health, Emotional Health, and Social Health Amor de Mãe Program for Pregnant Employees \| Amor de Mãe ‍ Gympass (discounts at gyms) * **For daily support:** Transportation allowance or door-to-door transportation (terminal) Meal or food allowance; double food allowance at Christmas Loginers: Opportunity to work and exchange daily knowledge with an incredible, welcoming team Hybrid work model Ah!
