Our first property is already the most popular hostel in Rio de Janeiro, and we're now adding 70 additional rooms, creating the largest hostel complex in the region. This is a full immersion into a high\-volume, next\-generation hospitality environment: 200–250 guests/residents, a bistro/café, two pools, a bar that turns into a club until 4am, a coliving area, and one of the best coworking spaces of the city. The Global Internship Talent Program is a six\-month journey structured in three phases of two months. Participants complete a rotation across Front Office, F\&B, and a final department of their choice: Guest Experience or Housekeeping. You will work closely with our management team on key guest experience, building the leadership mindset, operational awareness, and people\-focused skills essential for anyone aspiring to become a future General Manager or hospitality director. Within school supervision guidelines, you'll be trusted with more hands\-on responsibilities than in most internships, offering real involvement and practical learning.
