In the **Donor Recruitment** area, the apprentice will be primarily responsible for **telephone outreach to donors**, handling scheduling, confirmations, and answering questions regarding the donation process. The apprentice may also support blood donation campaigns and donor database updates, helping maintain an active and organized donation flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Activities – Donor Recruitment Area** * **Conduct proactive and responsive telephone outreach** to donors for scheduling, confirmation, and guidance on the donation process; * Update and maintain donor records in the system; * Support donation schedule management and operational needs of the recruitment team; * Assist in organizing internal and external blood donation campaigns; * Relay important information to donors with empathy and clarity; * Support sending communications (SMS, email, or WhatsApp, as directed by the team). **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Qualifications – Donor Recruitment Area** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Strong communication skills and ease in public interaction, especially via telephone; * Empathetic, patient, and courteous when interacting with donors; * Active listening skills and ability to follow standardized call scripts; * Interest in health-related activities and social causes; * Organized and capable of accurately recording information. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Learning and development environment * Professional growth opportunities Workload: 4 hours per day (afternoon shift) Work Mode: On-site We are the largest national network specializing in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy.
