This professional will be responsible for issuing, verifying, and controlling invoices, ensuring correct taxation and legal compliance in chemical industry operations. ### **Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic invoices for purchases, sales, and services. * Verify applicable taxes, tax rates, and fiscal codes (CFOP, NCM, CST). * Interface with accounting and tax departments to ensure compliance with ancillary obligations. * Control bills, invoices, and billing reports. * Support monthly closing processes and internal/external audits. * Respond to customer and carrier inquiries regarding fiscal documents. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable). * Experience in billing, preferably within the chemical industry. * Knowledge of ERP systems and tax legislation. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ### **Why work at Fênix Química?** * Collaborative and professional environment. * Learning and growth opportunities. * Solid company, expanding with a forward-looking vision.
