




Job Summary: The professional will monitor and support Occupational Health and Safety programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and deliver training. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and support for Occupational Health and Safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCA) 2. Investigation of work-related incidents and accidents 3. Conducting safety and onboarding training **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety programs (PGR, PCMSO, PCA, and others). * Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and work environments to identify hazards and propose improvements. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive actions. * Deliver safety and onboarding training for new employees and third-party personnel. * Manage, distribute, and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Organize and oversee processes related to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). * Maintain and control occupational health and safety documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. * Monitor area-specific indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience in Occupational Health and Safety. * Knowledge of legal occupational health and safety programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments. * Experience in managing safety performance indicators.
