All positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD). **Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities for TPO ACJ, Split, Self-Contained, Fan Coil, Cassette, and Rooftop air-conditioning equipment, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and timeline standards. Will serve as the technical leader of the team, providing continuous guidance, training, and support, while managing mechanical operations with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. Responsible for issuing reports on internal and external conditions observed, using HVAC-specific equipment, instruments, and tools, and for interfacing with various teams to execute services under their responsibility. Must be available to work outside regular business hours, including travel when required, and must prepare spreadsheets and reports based on field measurements and analyses. **Candidate Profile:** Technical education with an active CFT and proven experience. Advanced knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical HVAC systems, with ability to diagnose mechanical failures and propose appropriate technical solutions.
